Palmer Drives Controls Systems, Inc. (Palmer DCS) was established in 2011 as a result of a management buyout of specific service lines and assets from the Robert L Palmer Company. For over 40 years, Palmer DCS and its predecessors have supported the electrical control marketplace by providing value added services and products to a diverse client base. Although located in Colorado, the company installs products all over the world. As your business partner, Palmer DCS can provide control panel design and assembly solutions to fit any requirement. In addition, our staff of experienced engineers, application specialists, and technicians, and several strategic partnerships allow us provide unique system integration solutions for large industrial projects.

Today, Palmer DCS has grown into a nationally recognized supplier of electrical control solutions. As a result, we are proud of our strategic alliances with ABB Drives as an Authorized Manufacturing Center, Schneider Electric as an Alliance Panel Builder Partner Program, ABB Controls as an initial member of the ABB Panel Builder Program, and General Electric as a long-term OEM Certified Partner.

Lynn Weberg


After 32 years of counting beans and serving as a trusted advisor to Executive Management Teams on overcoming diverse operational and financial challenges, Lynn took his skills and formed Palmer Drives Controls and Systems Inc. Today, Lynn provides vision and the strategic direction for the company ensuring our culture supports a healthy, productive, and engaging work environment. He leads our strategic planning to facilitate, growth, increased profitability, and growing strategic relationships.


Paul Kennedy

Vice President

Paul brings over 30 years of electrical controls experience to Palmer DCS and is responsible for the company’s sales and estimation efforts. During his tenure in the industry, Paul has become recognized for his application knowledge of low and medium voltage industrial and commercial control, power distribution, motor control, enclosed variable frequency drives, and harmonic mitigation. Paul drives expansion within the oil and gas, water and waste treatment, irrigation, HVAC, and process control markets.

Production Manager

Paul worked for the predecessor company from 1996 to 2006 before rejoining Palmer DCS in 2012 as the Production Manager. In addition to his experience as the previous Vice President, Paul leverages over 18 years of manufacturing and management experience to develop systems that enhance quality and improve efficiency.
